After successfully securing her freedom from the maximum security wing of Silverwater Women’s Correctional Facility, Ms. Daisley is ferried around in her famous horse breeder father’s white Range Rovers with red leather seats.

Daisley was released on $100,000 bail at Sydney’s Downing Center Local Court two weeks ago after spending a month behind bars on four counts of having sex with a child between the ages of 14 and 16.

Part of Ms Daisley’s court plea to leave Silverwater was so she could work on “rebranding… a new product” in her detox line while living with her parents.

Daisley was granted bail last month after her lawyers said further incarceration meant a “substantial financial deterrent” to her “millions of dollars” wellness business.

Ross Daisley, now aged 78, rose to fame as the breeder of Choisir, renowned as the best three-year-old sprinter in the world after he raced at Royal Ascot in 2003, before retiring to stud and producing yearlings worth up to $450,000 each . and winners including Starspangledbanner and Olympic Glory.

Her last Instagram post on June 21 – six days before police arrested Ms Daisley after recording a conversation she had with the 14-year-old that day via a legally obtained wiretapping warrant – wrote “you are your own work of art”.

“Be willful and persistent in creating yourself. Life treats you as you feel, so the best way to predict your future is to create it…. and of course the best way to feel good is to live healthy.”

NSW Police prosecutor Sergeant Kerry-Ann McKinnon told the Downing Center Local Court in late July that the police crackdown came just over a year after officers said a drunken Daisley had sex with the 14-year-old four times in a 24-hour period from 5pm. on May 19, 2021.

“It was not a spontaneous act. There were some revelations of feelings made prior to that,” Sergeant McKinnon said, describing the call, which cannot be released under a suppression order.

“There are also excuses. She… tries to shift the blame. He hints that it was mutual… and what the potential consequences will be.

“She’s burying the guilt for this child. She reminds the kid what the deal was about keeping her under wraps. It puts it in a kind of story, fairy tale situation… how it goes away and never comes back.’

Lawyer Ms Daisley Gabrielle Bashir cited her client’s “deteriorating” mental health in Australia’s toughest women’s prison, as well as “trauma, PTSD, depression and anxiety in custody”.

Ms Bashir said Ms Daisley’s wellness brand required “her direct input”, which “was necessary or the company would not be able to function (and) collapse”.

On Monday this week, Ms Daisley visited police in Sydney’s north with her father, Ross Daisley, as they arrived from the Southern Highlands in their white Range Rover.

Prosecutors dropped charges against the man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, within the next hour, but a 12-month restraining order against violence was upheld against him.

He was ordered to abide by conditions including not to harass, approach, threaten or threaten Ms Daisley or any of their family or property belonging to them.
