“So I went to a nutritionist named Lindsey Duncan and he said, ‘If you follow what I tell you 100 percent, you’ll be in better shape than you’ve ever been and you won’t have to have your colon removed.'” I said : “Okay, log in.”

“When I started feeling better and when my stomach didn’t hurt and when I wasn’t on the toilet all day and when I could look at myself in the mirror and when I went from 21 percent body fat to five percent body fat and I had muscle, I thought: This is great!

“When guys started looking at me and asking me out, I felt a lot better about myself. So it was actually hard to keep my clothes on.’

He added: ‘And whenever I was asked to take off my clothes, I said, “Sure! I haven’t worked in three years to keep it all under wraps.”

‘Everything changed. I cut my hair, got contact lenses, started grooming and getting manicures and pedicures. I started getting haircuts every two weeks.

“I never cared about my appearance before. I was like, “Who cares? I’m in the studio 16 hours a day and nobody sees me.” Everything, everything has somehow changed.

“My home life has changed. I wanted to have people over for dinner. I cared about the interiors because I wanted to have guests all the time.’
