Sometimes we find ourselves in need of a little help. I get it! We all have those days.

Maybe you had a long week or didn’t sleep well last night. Maybe your hormones are throwing you off. You could be stressed, traveling, on a tight deadline, or not getting the nutrients your body needs from your diet.

There are almost a million things that can make you tired. So if you’re looking for a way to fight fatigue and boost your energy naturally, add these to your arsenal.

#1: Eat a nutritious diet

Your body is a complicated system and needs a lot to function at its best. If you fill it with junk like sugar or alcohol, you will pay for it, usually in fatigue. And if you’re not getting the nutrients you need from your diet, the same is true. Choosing the wrong food is like putting just a little gas in your car – and then expecting it to make a big trip.

You may already know that I recommend eating whole foods above all else. The closer to the natural source, the better. That means choosing foods with limited processing and added ingredients—and filling your plate with plenty of fruits and vegetables. If you’re not quite sure what you should be eating to feel like your best, most charged self, I can help. All of my nutrition plans include foods that will give your system the nutrients it needs. And when you need a quick and easy way to get more goodness in, you know you can always turn to our LSF Plant Protein.

#2: Put Pep (Rally) in your stride!

We all have days when you need a pick me up. I mean, I want to!

That’s why I made our newest promotion, Pep Rally! I’ve combined all natural energy sources like matcha and ginseng to give you a boost when you need it most. I can’t wait for you to try it!

#3: Move that body girl!

A sedentary lifestyle (which basically means sitting a lot) makes you feel even slower. You don’t have to take my word for it. Studies show that regular exercise can reduce fatigue by 65%. That’s quite a drop!

My general recommendation is to get 30 minutes of LSF exercise five or six days a week. But I know it can sound like a lot if you haven’t been moving much. Don’t be afraid to relax. Even 10 minutes a day can do wonders – and I rightfully have a Daily 10 for that purpose. Exercise can be a lot easier than you think. A brisk walk around your neighborhood counts. So is literally any workout from our LSF app, meaning you can choose what sounds good to you that day! Plus, we have a seven-day free trial so you can see what you think. Try it out!

#4: Get enough sleep

If you want to feel energized during the day, you NEED to recharge at night. And that means getting a good night’s rest. Most of us need at least seven solid hours each night so that our bodies can do all of their important work overnight.

You probably already know that getting enough sleep is important for your body and your mind. The trick, of course, is to actually get some sleep. If you have a hard time falling asleep or staying asleep, check out Slumber Party, our sleep aid. It’s loaded with things to help you drift off into dreamland and wake up refreshed.

#5: Control your stress

Stress takes its toll, literally. When your body is constantly dealing with high levels of cortisol, the stress hormone, it causes constant fatigue. In addition, stress can make it difficult to sleep and make the problem worse!

If you’ve been feeling drained lately, meet Miss Congeniality, our mood-boosting stress reliever. We have combined a lot of natural yet effective ingredients to help you get the edge so you can feel better.

See? There’s a lot you can do to give yourself a boost when you need it without resorting to that fourth cup of coffee or energy drink. I am SO excited for you all to try Pep Rally for what you need!
