Body overhaul: At the same time, Katie also had full body liposuction, including her thighs and around her ribcage, and a Brazilian butt lift.
“Surgery is not fun and games, it’s painful and it’s irreversible… Everyone has imperfections, I could go overboard, but I don’t want to look like a fool.”
She said: ‘I’m not an addict, but if people want to say I have body dysmorphia, say so, even my mum says, ‘You need to see someone, you’re not normal in your head, are you?’
“I said, ‘Mum, if you could get your face done again you would, but you can’t because you’re terminally ill at the moment, you’ve had botox, this and that.’
Katie explained that she wanted to “makeover” after becoming “frustrated” with the way she looked after breaking both her legs in a freak accident last year.
A mother-of-five suffered life-changing injuries when she jumped off a theme park wall while on holiday in Turkey. She was left in a wheelchair for eight months and was forced to undergo a six-hour operation on her legs and ankles.
Doctors warned Katie that it could take two years for her to fully recover.

She explained: “I broke my legs last year and before that I used to go jogging to keep fit and ride horses. I can never run again so it changed my life.
“I was in a wheelchair for eight months, I had to learn to walk again. I’ve put on a lot of weight since being in a wheelchair and I’m not used to it unless I’m pregnant. So I was getting frustrated. It wasn’t me, I hated it, my clothes didn’t fit.’
Katie confirmed she had full body liposuction and a Brazilian butt lift, which works by injecting her own fat into her back.
She explained that she decided to have a surgical lip lift after trying lip fillers and not liking them. Katie said she hated the way it made her look like a “duck” so she let them dissolve.
When GMB presenter Kate Garraway pointed out to Katie that there are other ways to lose weight than going for liposuction, she replied: “I tried eating healthy, it just didn’t change.”

She also touched on her plans to have a baby with fiance Carl Wood, adding: “I want a baby, people normally have surgery after they have a baby. I will remarry and want more children, but the weight is the difference.’
Katie also dealt with getting surgery in Turkey during the pandemic.
Turkey is currently on the government’s travel red list and requires those returning to the UK to be tested before departure, quarantine for 10 days in a managed hotel on arrival and undergo two tests for Covid-19.
Katie said of her journey: “I went to the red country but I’m working, I’m doing my YouTube, I’ve had two strokes, I’ve done all the tests.
“I knew it would be a hospital stay, then a flight to the amber land and a villa stay away from everyone.
Current restrictions state that upon returning to the UK from amber countries, people must self-quarantine for 10 days at home or where they are staying and complete two tests on or before day two and on or after day eight.
In the time since the operations, Katie was shown to be swollen and bruised and had multiple bandages all over her face and body.
An insider revealed: “Katie is in excruciating pain after undergoing BBL where they put fat in your bum, lift her eyes to give her a slight cat look, lift her lips for a fuller pout, liposuction on her thighs and legs, under her rib cage. cage and back and scars from her previous facelift repaired.
“Despite the pain, Katie is thrilled that the operation went as planned. She visited a top doctor in Turkey at the Comfort Zone clinic and was very well taken care of.
“Katie is very swollen and bruised but she says she is really happy and feels like the old Katie again.
It was claimed she was forced to spend her recovery lying on her back with her legs in the air because they were ‘so swollen’ from the liposuction.
Katie has previously described herself as a “surgical veteran” after undergoing countless surgeries, including three facelifts and three bouts of liposuction.
She has admitted that she can’t remember how many breasts she had but believes it to be 12, while she insists that Botox is no longer working for her after having it so many times since her 30s.
