“For the past eight weeks (make or break a few due to illness) I have been fueling my body with whole foods, sacrificing my sugar and dedicating just 28 minutes a day to movement and transformation.

Four weeks into the challenge, Hannah, who had lost four kilos by then, spoke about how she felt before being approached by the team to try out their training method.

“My greatest achievement in life is being a mother, I really know that this is exactly where I want to be, where I should be. But although it is my favorite role and I love them beyond imagination, I also have to love and take care of myself to be the best mother I can be,” she said at the time.

“I try not to let how I look determine how I feel, but not being able to take care of myself has affected my energy, motivation and identity. My love of fitness was a big part of who I was before I had kids, and I just know that I’m ready to rediscover that passion, ready for a change.”

The FitAzFk method involves completing 28-minute sessions and following a diet plan that fits seamlessly into a busy lifestyle.
