6. Spicy Asian Chicken salad

This spicy Asian chicken is most favorite salad to many of them. To prepare this take 1 table spoon vinegar, 1 spoon smooth peanut butter, 1 spoon chopped fresh ginger, 1 spoon soy sauce 1cup sliced green onion, ¼ cup roasted peanuts, 1 table spoon honey, 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken, 1 cup mint leaves in a large bowl. Beat finely the said ingredients and some salt and pepper to taste, add cabbage, carrots and green onions in a bowl. Add the dressing and toss to combine.
