5. Millet with vegetables
Those who are fed up of eating oats can try millet for their lunch by preparing it in a delicious way. To prepare this take 1 cup of millets, 4 cups of water, 2 cups of black beans, 2 tomatoes, 1 small red bell pepper, 1 cucumber and 1 medium onion. Take one pan and cook the millet in water and see that water should absorbed completely, keep the
cooked millet a side and let it be cool. In a large bowl combine millet with black beans, chopped tomatoes, cucumber and onions add some pepper and salt to taste. Mix it well enjoy in your lunch.
