4. Tangy noodle salad
This Tangy noodle salad energizes your lunch in a great way. To prepare this noodle salad take 1 rice noodles pack uncooked, 1 cup chopped carrots, 1 baby corn ( cut in to thirds) , 1 cup of mint leaves, 1 cup chopped red onions, 1 table spoon lemon juice and 1 table spoon Soya sauce and 1 table spoon chili sauce. First cook the rice noodles in a
pan and drain them by rinsing cold water. In a large bowl combine all these above said ingredients and mix heat well or cooked them for 2 to 3 minutes in a low flame. Remove it from flame make a small bowl for dressing and combine sweet chili sauce, soya sauce and lemon juice.
