3. Vegetable fried rice
Vegetable fried rice is another different recipe that you can carry for your lunch. But use brown rice instead of refined or white rice. Brown rice always helps you in maintaining weight. Take 1 cup of brown rice cook finely and keep aside. Now take vegetables like onions, beans, carrots, spring onions. Wash them properly and chop them finely. Take a medium size pan pour 2 table spoon of oil and fry the chopped onions for 2 minutes, after that add the above chopped vegetables and cook for 5 minutes in a low flame. Add already cooked rice to this preparation and garnish with corianders leaves.
