Pre heat oven to 425 degrees F, spread the onion, summer quash, read bell pepper out onto two baking sheets with drizzle vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle salt and black pepper. Roast vegetables in the preheated oven, fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to boil, once the water is boiling cook pasta and drain it.
