9. Almond currant couscous
Almonds are rich in fiber and makes you to feel full for longer time. Take a bowl add the couscous, broth. Paprika, cumin, salt and pepper and keep a side for 5 minutes. Heat oil in a small pan add almonds and fry until it comes in golden colour. Transfer the cooked almonds and oil to a small bowl and transfer fluffed couscous into a serving bowl
and top with currants and the toasted almonds along with their oil.
