8. Peach Smoothie
Peach is another wonderful fruit that helps you in reducing your weight. You can daily have this smoothie in your breakfast. Take 1 cup of peaches, 1 cup of skimmed milk, 2 table spoons of flaxseed oil and 5 ice cubes. Take your food processor add fresh peaches and blend for 2 minutes, now add skimmed milk, flaxseed oil and ice cubes in a blender and again blend for another 2 minutes. This smoothie contains only 230 calories.
