8. Peach Smoothie

Peach is another wonderful fruit that helps you in reducing your weight. You can daily have this smoothie in your breakfast. Take 1 cup of peaches, 1 cup of skimmed milk, 2 table spoons of flaxseed oil and 5 ice cubes.
