This is very less calories smoothie, it contains only 140 calories and very simple to prepare. You can replace it often with your heavy meals. Take 1 banana, 1 cup of blueberries, ½ cup of soy milk, ½ table spoon of flaxseed oil, 5 ice cubes. Cut banana in small pieces. Take your food processor add banana pieces, blueberries in to it and blend
for until it becomes smooth. Now add soy milk, flax seed oil and ice cubes to the blender and blend again for 2 minutes. Now take glass and transfer the smoothie in to glass and enjoy its rich taste.
