3. Blueberry Smoothie
Blueberries are almost available in very season. It is very useful fruit in cutting down your excess calories. You can have this smoothie very day before your regular exercises to get excellent results. Take 1 cup of blueberries, 1 cup of low fat milk, 1 table spoon cold pressed organic flaxseed oil, 4 to 5 ice cubes. Put blueberries in the blender and add
one cup of low fat milk to it for 2 minutes and again add cold pressed organic flax seed oil and ice cubes to it and blend for 5 minutes.
