2. Tasty Mango Smoothie

Mango is all time favorite fruit for many people. This fat free smoothie helps you more in summer. To prepare this smoothie take 1 mango, 1 table spoon sugar, 2 table spoon yogurt and 4 ice cubes. First wash your mango thoroughly, peel it and cut into small pieces. Take your blender, add mango pieces, sugar and yogurt and blend everything together nicely, if you feel that your smoothie is looking little bit thick you can also add ¼ cup of water to make it more smooth. Now transfer this in to a large glass and have it with 4 to 5 ice cubes.
