9. Orange Smoothie

It’s a well know fact that fruits good for health and when include fruits like oranges in your daily diet helps you in loosing your weight fast. To prepare this smoothie take 1 cup of orange pulp, 1 table spoon flaxseed oil, 5 ice cubes, 1 table spoon sugar and ½ cup of fat free yogurt. Mix the orange pulp, ice cubes, flaxseed oil and blend for 2 minutes.
Now add your yogurt and blend for another 2 minutes. Now drink this healthy and delicious orange smoothie in your breakfast.
