6. Add physical activity
Do some easy exercises or add slight physical activities in your daily routine. If you add more physical activities in your daily routine you start loosing weight quicker than you imagine. You can slowly become more active in many ways to lose you weight for example stop using lift or elevator, avoid watching TV for more time, start walking in the evening times with your friends you have enjoyable time , lift some weights etc. Walking is also one of the best and simple physical activity that every one can do the only equipment which is used for this activity is a pair of good sport shoes.
