7. Beef with Avocado
Take ¼ cup lemon juice, 1 table spoon chili powder, 2 cups of beef cut into thin strips, 1 table spoon vegetable oil, 1 cup chopped onions, 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced, ½ table spoon pepper,1 cup avocado smashed. Take a bowl add lime juice, chili powder and salt to beef and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan add onions, bell pepper and cook for 5
minutes, now add beef and cook for 5 minutes along with salt and pepper. Garnish beef and vegetables with avocado and serve into plates.
