4. Grilled Chicken With Brown Rice
As we already know that brown is more helpful for reducing weigh than refined or white rice. Take 1 cup of brown rice cook it and keep a side. Take 1 cup of bone less chicken and add pepper and salt to it. Bake the chicken pieces on a grill in your oven until it become brown. Now take a pan put 2 table spoons of olive oil on medium flame
and add 1 cup chopped onions and fry until it become brown, now add your baked chicken pieces and brown rice and cook for 2 minutes by adding required chille powder and salt to it.
