Spinach is a wonderful green vegetable which is more useful in weight loss. It is very low in calories and a best nutrient vegetable. Make your dinner more delicious by preparing this vegetable burger with spinach. Heat 1 vegetable burger in a microwave oven and keep in a plate. Take 2 tomatoes and cut them in to small slices, 1 cucumber and peel it and make slices and 1 table spoon of tomato sauce. Now place clean and wash 1 cup of spinach and place spinach in burger along with sliced tomatoes and cucumber.
